complex knowledge required to produce consistently high-quality scans quickly. Our
FDA-cleared AI-guided software automates MRI exams so that clinicians can perform scans
quickly, accurately, and affordably, while significantly reducing exam time and increasing the
consistency of imaging results.
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced full stack engineer to join our team at a medical
imaging startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web technologies,
backend development, and medical image visualization.
Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain the web-based component of our medical imaging
platform - Develop and implement new features and functionality
- Troubleshoot deployed and cloud systems and fix bugs
- Work with our cloud infrastructure to ensure the reliability and scalability of our platform
- Work with our product, AI, and customer satisfaction teams to modify, design, and build
user-friendly and intuitive interfaces - Develop and maintain technical documentation for web infrastructure applications
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations and guidelines
for software development - Maintain currency on state-of-the-art technologies and trends in web development and
medical imaging
- Design, develop, and maintain the web-based component of our medical imaging
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- 5+ years development experience with Node JS, Postgresql, and Python
- 3+ years DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kong, Nginx, keycloak
(openID/OAuth), and message queuing - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Vue, React, or other modern frontend JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with C++, Pandas, D3 or other visualization tools
- Prior experience developing internal tools from scratch
- Prior experience in image and data visualization
- Prior experience developing user interfaces
- Prior diagnostic medical equipment experience, especially medical imaging, preferred
- Local to the San Francisco Bay Area
